Everything I found, what I already fixed, and exactly what to do next. Measured figures are sourced in your report; estimates and my own judgments are labelled as such.

The bottom line
Money first, details after. Everything else in this deck exists to move these three numbers.
Executive summary
Connecticut is healthy and climbing. The softness is international. Google showed your international page 302 times in four weeks and about three people clicked, so guests are seeing it and passing by. Your highest-intent guests were routed in circles, a popup covered the submit button on phones, and a guest who inquires gets no automatic acknowledgement.
One press from a Croatia post to your trips. An instant reply on every inquiry, any hour, even when you're on the water. A site that loads in seconds instead of 27. And your 4.7–5 star reputation finally visible on your own website.
Where the value is
Every finding sorted into four boxes. This deck focuses on the quick wins; the major projects are the implementation phase.
High impact, low effort
The pain on the left, the fix on the right. Two of these six are already live, and the privacy-policy link repair makes three.
Discovered this Sunday, August 9
You experienced this one yourself: Greece May 2027 seemed to vanish. Nothing was removed. The layout made it easy to miss.
Both Greece trips wear the same title over nearly the same photo, and October now says FULL. A scrolling eye reads one Greek card, sees FULL, and moves on. On a computer, May 2027 sits last in the section, and the SAILING menu did not list your international trips at all when I checked.
Every trip listed by name in the SAILING menu. The two Greece cards made unmistakable: own photo, clear season label. Your date order stays, and open cabins get marked as loudly as full ones so guests see at a glance where they can still go.
The fixes, one card each
What each fix is, what it costs, and what it protects. Cost here means new software fees: none of these need one at your current volume. My build time is priced separately as phase one.
Start this week
Ten minutes a day. Do just these four and half the value of this audit is already moving.
The next phase
The major projects from the matrix, ordered by money at stake. Croatia has open cabins now, so the international path comes first.
By day 90 you launch a new trip yourself in under an hour, and "cabins left" is a thirty-second edit from your phone on the dock.
Let's get moving
